In Case You Haven't Heard…
Last week, a 29‐year‐old mom and 50‐year‐old grandmother were charged with endangering the welfare of a toddler who overdosed on a chocolate bar containing THC, CBS News reported. The mom, Justice Coleman, and the grandmother, Rosa Coleman, left marijuana out throughout the house in Pittsburgh, according to court records. The mom had told police when her daughter was in the hospital that the child used a stool to climb up onto a dresser. The mom had bought the chocolate bar as a gift and forgotten about it. After being diagnosed with a seizure and THC overdose in the April event, the girl was cleared to go home. The grandmother was charged with tampering with evidence after she refused to give the candy bar wrapper to officers, according to police.
