R-layer Mode Theory IV: Dynamic Evolution of the Universe — A Unified R-layer Mode Description of Cosmic Dynamics

This Volume IV develops a unified dynamical framework for cosmic evolution within the R-layer Mode Theory (RLMT). Building on Volumes I–III—where the universe emerges from minimal existence modes (Small-AUP/MUP), the CUP (Common Unified Particle), and higher-dimensional R-layers—we derive the time-dependent equations governing the evolution of the higher-dimensional tension field and its associated R-layers. We show that cosmic expansion, structure formation, gravitational waves, CMB anisotropies, and neutrino mass hierarchies arise from a single underlying mechanism: the relaxation and reconfiguration of a higher-dimensional tension field. The resulting R-layer velocity field leads to a dynamic R-layer equation that unifies inflation, standard expansion, and late-time acceleration within one geometric framework. Structure formation is interpreted as folds and gradients of R-layers, while gravitational waves correspond to transverse fluctuations in the R-layer velocity field. CMB anisotropies arise from perturbations in R-layer isosurface positions, and neutrino mass ordering is linked to the purity parameter of AUP/MUP modes. Finally, we propose that the same mathematical structure applies to consciousness, modeled as N-layers governed by an information-tension field. This parallel suggests a deep structural equivalence between the universe and the mind, both understood as dynamic tension fields undergoing hierarchical stabilization. Together with Volumes 0–III, this work completes the dynamical core of RLMT and prepares the foundation for the global synthesis presented in later volumes.
