Evoked Neural Geometry Under Photic Stress in Alzheimer Disease and Frontotemporal Dementia
This working paper examines evoked neural geometry during photic stress in Alzheimer disease and frontotemporal dementia using EEG, NeuralManifoldDynamics, and a resting-state reference. The analysis identifies a narrow AD-versus-healthy group effect on global Jacobian stress metrics and broader diagnosis-specific MMSE-linked structure, especially frontal associations in FTD, supporting photic stress testing as a bounded probe of dementia-related neural dynamics.
