FRAME-LINK : Fatigue Reliability Assessment and Monitoring Extension for Structural Connection Integrity

FRAME-LINK is a structural engineering research framework dedicated to fatigue reliability assessment and monitoring of structural connection systems under cyclic and dynamic loading. The project focuses on welded joints, riveted and bolted connections, gusset plates, and connection-zone integrity using fracture mechanics, fatigue reliability analysis, finite element stress evaluation, and AI-assisted computational support. The framework integrates three primary analytical modules:Stress Concentration and Fracture Mechanics Module (SCFMM)Fatigue Damage Accumulation and Reliability Module (FDARM)Connection Stiffness Degradation Module (CSDM)FRAME-LINK applies classical engineering foundations including Paris–Erdogan crack propagation mechanics, Palmgren–Miner fatigue accumulation, Cornell reliability index analysis, rainflow cycle counting, and finite element stress field computation.Artificial Intelligence within FRAME-LINK operates strictly as a bounded auxiliary analytical support layer for anomaly detection, fatigue trend estimation, probabilistic forecasting, and monitoring assistance. AI outputs never replace engineering verification or classical mechanics-based safety assessment. The project is intended for structural reliability engineering research, fatigue monitoring systems, infrastructure safety analysis, and computational structural integrity assessment.
