The genome sequence of the Holly Blue Darwin wasp, Listrodromus nycthemerus (Gravenhorst, 1820) (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae)
<ns5:p> We present a genome assembly from an individual male <ns5:italic>Listrodromus nycthemerus</ns5:italic> (Holly Blue Darwin was; Arthropoda; Insecta; Hymenoptera; Ichneumonidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 190.77 megabases. Most of the assembly (99.99%) is scaffolded into 10 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 20.77 kilobases. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 13 656 protein-coding genes. This assembly was generated as part of the Darwin Tree of Life project, which produces genomes for eukaryotic species found in Britain and Ireland. </ns5:p>
