Expansion-Aware Balancing of Topological Matter Valves and Dark-Energy Repulsion in Unified Phase 3
The current Paper 42 benchmark does not claim that a fully scale-invariant three-dimensional universe has already been derived. It does show that static balancing of local matter-complexity valves against global dark-energy-like repulsion faces a hard tradeoff: one can preserve macroscopic opening or prolong the local `d_s \approx 3` plateau, but not both equally well. In the matched `N=128`, degree `6`, mass-degree `8` benchmark, the expansion-aware scheduled balance preserves `d_final = 3` and `d_mean = 2.8333` while extending the near-3D spectral window from `\sigma = 8` to `\sigma = 10`, which is the strongest present compromise branch in the Unified Phase 3 program.
