Entropy Driven Expansion Model: The Particle Sector
We present the particle sector of the Entropy Driven Expansion Model (EDEM), a physical framework in which elementary particles are metastable frozen-eddy configurations in a {2,3,5,7}-smooth discrete Minkowski lattice. From a single empirical input K=m_top=172,570 MeV and five explicit physical postulates (P1–P5), the framework derives the masses of the seven heavy-sector charged SM fermions (maximum error 1.35%), the electroweak mixing angle sin²θ_W=ln(2)/3=0.23105 (PDG: 0.23122, 0.07% residual), and the three PMNS neutrino mixing angles: sin²θ₁₂=4/13, sin²θ₂₃=6/11, sin²θ₁₃=1/45, all within 0.053σ of PDG 2022 simultaneously with zero free parameters. The Normal Hierarchy is a theorem of the framework. Five explicit kill conditions are stated. The arithmetic foundation is established in a companion note (Paper A). All results are independently reproducible via the accompanying verification scripts at https://github.com/jwatson24050/edem-particle-sector
