Kasei-Theory I.Constraint Topology: Adjacency Without Spatial Determination

This paper presents constraint topology within the first system of Kasei-Theory as a non-modal readability maintainability architecture. The paper does not propose a geometry of space, a theory of spatial relation, or a topology of dimensional extension. Instead, it fixes adjacency, constraint connectivity, non-metric topology, locality, unreadability, drift, and configurational differentiation as distributed structural positions within constrained local readability maintainability. Adjacency does not establish space. Adjacency does not establish contact. Connectivity does not establish continuity. Constraint does not establish enclosure. Topology does not establish metric relation. Unreadability does not establish absence. Configurational differentiation remains locally co-retained without completed spatial determination, universal coherence, or total configurational stabilization. The first system remains non-total and non-final without spatial grounding, dimensional closure, universal topological coherence, or final philosophical completion. No subject is presupposed. No dimensional structure is secured. This paper is part of Kasei-Theory.
