The Deceleration Hypothesis: The Bubble as a Local Phase of Flux
This document outlines a conceptual program in which Flux—an informational medium existing as continuous motion with no designated beginning or end—serves as the fundamental reality. Observed physical reality is interpreted as a local, decelerated phase of Flux, designated by the term "bubble." The deceleration of information relative to the intrinsic motion of Flux is considered both the primary act of the bubble's emergence and the condition for its continued existence. The program provides a unified foundation for interpreting a range of phenomena traditionally attributed to disparate fields of physics: gravity as the reaction of the bubble fabric to the localization of information, the quantum world as the bubble fabric in its foundational nature, dark energy as the operation of the bubble on a large scale, dark matter as the intensive operation of the fabric in regions of high mass density, black holes as functional exchange structures with Flux, and quantum entanglement as the preservation of the non-local connectivity of Flux within the local fabric of the bubble. The program is at a pre-mathematical stage and is formulated as a conceptual framework requiring further formalization.
