IMPROVING CADASTRAL VALUATION OF HOUSEHOLD LANDS USING GIS TECHNOLOGIES (CASE STUDY OF THE SURKHAN-DARYA REGION)
This article discusses the improvement of cadastral assessment methods for household lands using modern geographic information system technologies. Existing problems of cadastral land valuation in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the influence of infrastructural, territorial and economic factors on land value are analyzed. A multicriteria approach based on GIS technologies, spatial analysis and digital cartographic data is proposed. Household lands of the Surkhandarya region were selected as the research object. The study results show that the use of GIS technologies increases the accuracy of cadastral valuation, ensures objectivity of calculations and improves land use efficiency.
