DISCRETE RELATIONAL FRAMEWORK AND THE MODAL DISCIPLINE OF THE THEORY OF OBJECTIVITY: a critical–propositional analysis of Benchekroun Mounssif's discrete relational structure in confrontation with the axioms, phenomenic elements, Inducer Effects, cos

This article presents a critical–propositional analysis of Benchekroun Mounssif’s A Discrete Relational Framework Without Fundamental Time or Wave: Master Equation, Relational Book, and Quantum Measurement by Relational Selection, published on Zenodo with DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18249405. The study places Mounssif’s discrete relational framework in dialogue with the Theory of Objectivity, especially with its modal axioms, phenomenic elements, Inducer Effects, cosmogonic theorem, and cosmological Eras. The analyzed article proposes an atemporal ontology without fundamental evolution, without primitive dynamics, without ontological randomness, and without physical wave ontology. Instead, it introduces a globally constrained relational structure governed by a master equation, in which quantum measurement is interpreted as the relational activation of pre-inscribed events. The analysis argues that Mounssif’s framework establishes a strong dialogue with the Theory of Objectivity by emphasizing relational structure, global coherence, the emergence of apparent events, and the rejection of wave collapse as an ontological process. At the same time, it identifies important points of tension: the absence of a modal derivation from the mathematical Nothing, the lack of a complete cosmogony, the non-explicit treatment of the transcendent element as knowledge/information produced in atomic relations, and the insufficient incorporation of the Theory of Objectivity’s requirement that full existence depends on observation by at least two other elements. The article concludes that Mounssif’s work is highly compatible with the Theory of Objectivity as a formal relational model, especially regarding logical tracks, phenomenic appearance, and the Reducer Inducer Effect, while still requiring further modal, cosmogonic, and informational expansion to fully converge with TO. Abstract
