THE ROLE AND CHARACTERISTICS OF AN EDUCATOR IN CHILD UPBRINGING

This scientific article discusses in detail the role of educators in child upbringing, their pedagogical and psychological activities, as well as the personal qualities required of an educator. In the preschool education system, educators have a significant influence on the physical, intellectual, moral, and emotional development of children. The article scientifically analyzes child psychology, the professional competence of educators, educational methods, and their responsibilities in the modern educational process. Furthermore, the importance of cooperation between educators and parents in shaping a child’s personality is also highlighted.
