Informational Coalescence: Resolving Binary Black Hole Mergers via Rank-6 Topological Consolidation

Classical numerical relativity relies on computationally expensive spatial grids and artificial horizon excision techniques to model binary black hole coalescence, a necessity driven by the infinite geometric curvatures of General Relativity at r → 0. We present a fundamentally alternative architecture: the Informational Coalescence Engine, a deterministic symplectic integrator built upon the Informational Constraint Framework (ICF). By redefining gravity not as geometric curvature, but as an informational constraint density capped at the absolute Bekenstein-Landauer limit ($I_{sat}$), the ICF natively resolves the gravitational singularity. We demonstrate that orbital decay is not a geometric inevitability, but an emergent thermodynamic necessity driven by Informational Viscosity—the shedding of latent computational heat by a saturated spatial substrate. Upon event horizon overlap, the system transitions from a $1/r^2$ exterior gradient to a linear Hookean consolidation, achieving a stable Rank-6 topological lock without mathematical divergence. Executing a complete multi-loop inspiral and stable coalescence in sub-second timeframes, this framework provides a highly optimized, strictly energy-conservative model of binary mergers. Furthermore, the model isolates a scalar Informational Strain metric, $\mathcal{S}(t)$, which perfectly mirrors classical inspiral chirps while predicting a strict frequency cutoff in the interferometric ringdown phase, offering a direct falsifiability pathway against archival gravitational wave data. Abstract
