Whole genome sequencing of multidrug-resistant <i>Escherichia coli</i> strain BSS-62 from wastewater
ABSTRACT We report the draft genome sequence of multidrug-resistant Escherichia coli strain BSS-62 isolated from wastewater of Himachal Pradesh, India. Its genome harbors bla TEM-1 , bla TEM-1B , bla CTX-M-27 , bla MIR-2 , bla MIR-6 , bla EC-15 , and other antibiotic resistance genes.
