MOND as a fixed point of the dual relay : a unifying Wronskian framework from electroweak QRT to Schwarzschild black holes

This paper proposes a unifying Wronskian framework for the Geometric Relay Theory (GRT), identifying the Wronskian as the canonical observable of a dual relay across six sectors: dissociative clusters, electroweak QRT, galactic GRT, cosmological V3b, Schwarzschild black holes, and sub-solar compact mergers. Within this framework, MOND is derived as the exact stable fixed point of the relay equation and interpreted as a stationary special case of the broader GRT dynamics rather than as a competing theory. The paper also proposes a phenomenological derivation chain for Milgrom’s constant a0 from the V3b equations, while explicitly identifying the remaining open points in the normalization problem. On SPARC data, an integrated Wronskian correction based on Phi is introduced and reported to outperform standard MOND on 64 percent of the sample, with the strongest gains in low-mass galaxies and a natural validity boundary for massive systems.
