QDL Charged-Lepton Pre-Theorem Architecture: Residue Measures, Balanced-Flavor Cone Closure, Phase Selection, Radial Scale, and Family Assignment

This work presents a charged-lepton pre-theorem architecture within the Quantized Dimensional Ledger (QDL) program. It consolidates the finite-kernel charged-lepton demonstrator sequence into a disciplined theorem stack involving residue measures, balanced-flavor cone closure, phase selection, radial normalization, and symbolic family assignment. The central symbolic pipeline is m_chi_a = R_CL w_chi_a, where chi_a denotes a primitive symbolic family character, w_chi_a is a dimensionless shape weight, and R_CL is an underived charged-lepton radial scale. The paper identifies a finite orbit-quotient residue-measure candidate, a balanced-flavor closure functional B(a) whose zero set is equivalent to Q = 2/3, a repaired recurrence-phase selection prototype, a trace-QDC radial theorem target, and a primitive monotone symbolic family-assignment candidate. No observed charged-lepton masses are used. No comparison to electron, muon, or tau masses is performed. No physical mass prediction is claimed. The work should be read as a pre-theorem architecture and claim-governed audit framework, not as a completed charged-lepton mass theorem. The accompanying technical package contains the capstone finite-kernel demonstrator audit trail, including component registers, theorem-status tables, symbolic charged-lepton seeds, claim-governance files, theorem gates, recommendations, and metadata.
