Spacetime Scales of Quantum Transitions in Superfluid Vacuum: Attosecond Jumps and Spontaneous Lifetimes

Within Superfluid Vacuum Theory (SVT) combined with Scale Relativity, we present a spacetime scaling model for quantum transitions and spontaneous emission. We show that the dynamic renormalization factor Z_SVT ≈ 0.943 can be derived from first principles by comparing the classical hollow vortex core constant (U_classical = 0.500) and the quantum compressible Gross-Pitaevskii core constant (U_GP ≈ 0.380). In this emergent paradigm, the vacuum mass density (\rho_vac ≈ 1.137 \times 10^{15} kg/m^3) is anchored to the QCD chiral condensate and current quark masses. From these vacuum properties, we derive the emergent electron mass (m_e ≈ 9.109 \times 10^{-31} kg) and the corresponding Compton time (\tau_c \approx 1.288 \times 10^{-21} s). Spontaneous decay is modeled as a stochastic activation over a radiative barrier, where the barrier height \Delta U is physically identified with the transition energy \Delta E \approx 10.1988 eV in the T \to 0 limit. The vortex coupling constant g is derived from the Gross-Pitaevskii Hamiltonian, the Euler-Mascheroni constant, and first-order radiative dressing (g = \gamma \alpha Ry (1+\alpha) \approx 0.05773 eV). This model predicts the hydrogen 2p \to 1s lifetime with a 0.25% discrepancy (\tau \approx 1.600 ns vs \tau_{exp} = 1.596 ns). Furthermore, using the Clem vortex profile, we obtain the attosecond quantum jump duration (\tau_{jump} \approx 0.68 as for Hydrogen), which exhibits an acoustic Shapiro-like delay. A composite model \tau_{total} = \tau_{field}^{SFA} + \tau_{jump}^{SVT} is introduced, showing high phenomenological agreement with experimental attosecond transient absorption spectroscopy (ATAS) data and predicting a non-monotonous 'Smoking Gun' trend in Beryllium.
