First-Episode Psychosis Geometry Across Two Resting-State EEG Cohorts
This methods-anchored empirical report analyzes two resting-state EEG cohorts of first-episode psychosis (ds003944 and ds003947) with NeuralManifoldDynamics 2.1 in a shared cross-subject reference frame. The main result is that psychosis-related geometry is visible but cohort- and medication-sensitive: one cohort shows stronger m-family displacement, while the other shows a stronger trajectory-level dynamic effect, supporting a bounded interpretation of the framework as a reproducible analysis surface rather than a universal first-episode psychosis biomarker.
