A Universal Framework for Compositional Obstruction Theory: The ∞-Operadic Structure of Chaos

This revised Version 2 introduces an official Clarification Note and Preface. It formally clarifies that the chapters dedicated to direct applications or resolutions of high-complexity classical problems (such as the Millennium Prize Problems and the P vs. NP question) are intended as exploratory, non-definitive conceptual sketches and research proposals designed to test the heuristic reach of the Chaos framework, rather than finalized closed proofs. Additionally, this version openly acknowledges structural limitations concerning coordinate-wise contractions (separable flows) in global couplings, as well as potential localized mathematical slips in auxiliary constructions (such as the contractibility of the projection operator \Pi), inviting collaborative peer verification. The core infinite-operadic and categorical-geometric architecture of Chaos remains unchanged and stands as the central contribution of this treatise.
