Kasei-Theory I: Readable Configuration and Structural Maintainability

This paper fixes the first system of Kasei-Theory as a non-modal readability maintainability architecture. The first system does not determine ontology, epistemology, cosmology, or representational structure. Instead, it fixes the constrained conditions under which readable configuration remains locally maintainable without transition into universal explanatory closure, completed formalization, total stabilization, or ontological completion. Readable configuration, boundary, unreadability, non-applicability, mathematical contact, drift, and ordering are fixed as distributed structural positions within constrained maintainability differentiation rather than as separate theoretical domains. Readability does not become cognition. Configuration does not become existence. Boundary does not establish externality. Unreadability does not establish absence. The first system remains non-total and non-final. No subject is presupposed. No causal grounding is established. No complete maintainability is established. No final philosophical closure is established. This paper is part of Kasei-Theory.
