Right Upper Lobe Pulmonary Spindle Cell Neoplasm With Rhabdoid Differentiation and Spinal Canal Invasion in a 19‐Year‐Old Female: A Case Report
ABSTRACT We present an unusual case involving a 19‐year‐old female with progressive respiratory distress. Testing revealed pulmonary spindle cell neoplasms with rhabdoid features and spinal cord involvement and infectious complications, emphasizing the importance of multimodal imaging early for rare presentations, histopathological confirmation of diagnosis, and a fully coordinated multidisciplinary team.
