QTT HVP Prospective Blind-Run Lock Packet v1.0: A Parameter-Free Pre-Registration of Row-Topology Integers for Future Unblinding Against MUonE and Other Upcoming HVP Experiments
This deposit pre-registers a parameter-free QTT (Quantum Traction Theory) on 23rd of May 2026 - 12:58 Afternoon Paris Time predictionfor the row-topology structure of hadronic vacuum polarization (HVP) measurementsrelevant to the muon g-2 anomaly. The QTT access law predicts that the ratiolambda_d = a_{mu,d}^win / a_{mu,src}^win between an experimental row d and the QTTsource takes the form lambda_d^QTT = exp[-15 n_d / (512 rho)], withrho = 2*pi*cos(pi/8) = 5.804906304278862 derived from the corpus two-clock projectionand n_d a non-negative integer determined entirely by the experimental access topologymetadata card T_d = (L, T, D, I, S). The legal scalar row integers are restricted ton_d in {0, 2, 3, 4, 8}, corresponding to lattice/source-like, direct e+e- scan, tau isospin-bridge, self-normalized ISR, and full-ISR low-read topologies respectively. This packet locks: (i) the QTT source vector and access law, (ii) the topology-to-integerrule with constraint L+T+D+I=1 and S<=I, (iii) the predicted row ratios at 15-digitprecision, (iv) the full binned covariance schema with no-retune law delta_d x_src = 0,and (v) the unblinding protocol. SHA-256 hashes for each component are recorded inthe bundled HASHES.txt and reproduced in the README. A self-referential cryptographiclock inside the preregistration file is reproducible by stripping the lock section andhashing the remainder; the canonical recipe is documented in the README. No experimental central values are read or used in this deposit. The unblinding gateis processed and CENTRAL-VALUES-ABSENT and COVARIANCE-FILES-ABSENT remain yellow bydesign. A true prospective blind run will be executed when an HVP measurementpublishes a central value with full covariance after this deposit's DOI istimestamped. The leading candidate is MUonE phase-1 at CERN, with secondarycandidates including future BMW/CLS/MILC lattice updates and updated tau-compilations.The deposit constitutes a credible commitment that the topology rule, source, predicted ratios, and covariance schema were locked before any such future result.
