EcoCool Gravity_Energy Sustainability

English option This paper presents "EcoCool Gravity", a strategic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) proposal focused on energy sustainability and mitigating the impacts of extreme heatwaves through innovative energy storage technologies, specifically gravity batteries. Utilizing a 360° cyclical analysis of the current global crisis context, the document outlines a comprehensive framework spanning organizational structure design, workforce profiling, and the definition of structured CSR goals. Originally developed within a business management academic framework, this article aims to provide a practical perspective on how energy corporations can assume an active role in addressing climate change and driving the ecological transition.
