Witness Forensic Psychology (WFP)
Abstract Witness Forensic Psychology (WFP) is a newly originated discipline within psychology that establishes a scientific framework for evaluating witness credibility, reliability, and vulnerability. Developed by Samuel Zulu, WFP introduces 164 original lexicons that transform witness testimony into analyzable data. These lexicons address critical risks such as the absence of safe housing (Safehouse Integrity Index), contamination through social media (Digital Narrative Bias), perceptual distortions under stress (Inattentional Blindness Recall Bias and Inattentional Deafness Recall Bias), and systemic errors in suspect identification (Parade Misidentification Rate). By integrating tools such as the Accuracy Intelligence Quotient (AIQ) and the Testimony Integrity Quotient (TIQ), WFP provides measurable standards for courts, investigators, and academics. This discipline safeguards testimony integrity, reduces wrongful convictions, and strengthens judicial fairness. WFP is designed to benefit justice systems, law enforcers, law students, and researchers by offering a structured vocabulary and methodology that elevates witness testimony analysis to the highest scientific standard.
