Minimum Defensive Architecture in the Era of Machine-Speed Offense: Technical Appendix: Primitives, Patterns, and the Substrate Imperative
This appendix defines the baseline technical primitives required for survivability when offensive AI evolves adversarially in response to every defensive improvement. It is not a roadmap. It is a floor. The analysis assumes that offense is now autonomous, adaptive, unconstrained, and faster than human cognition—and derives the minimum defensive substrate from that assumption. Eleven primitives are defined across detection, enforcement, containment, and response. A practitioner checklist closes the specification.
