The Substrate Corner: A coordinate system on coherent motion, built from two universal bounds
The Substrate Corner Framework establishes a coordinate system on coherent motion together with a derived dynamical principle, built from four primitives: the Heisenberg bound (α·τ ≥ 1/2), the causality bound (α·R/c ≤ 1), three-dimensional Euclidean spatial geometry, and the CMB temperature T_CMB = 2.725 K. From these, the framework derives in closed form a set of structural results spanning quantum mechanics, general relativity, the Standard Model, and cosmology — including the Born exponent p = 2, the Schwarzschild–Heisenberg factor of 1/2, the Koide relation, the cosmological constant Ω_Λ = 1 − H₉/9 = 0.6857, a three-way Hubble-constant consistency at 58 ppm, and a cross-system Weyl spectral constant measured across eleven physical systems spanning twelve orders of magnitude in scale. Every numerical claim recomputes from public source values (CODATA 2018, PDG 2024, Planck 2018) via an included verification script. The framework's empirical predictions for the 2026–2032 observational window are separately pre-registered to establish a permanent, time-locked falsifiability surface (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20348142). The framework is presented as a falsifiable structural-empirical proposal, not a theory of everything; its scope, tier structure, and failure conditions are stated explicitly throughout.
