Triptych-GUT V2: the SO(10)/Pati-Salam branch at one-loop level via the TC spectral action
DESCRIPTION (EN) This manuscript presents the unifying SO(10)/Pati-Salam branch of the Triptych framework (Conceptual Triptych, TC + Extended Triptych, TE), a theoretical programme deriving extended Standard Model structure from the Madelung decomposition, algebraic fixed points and the conformal spectral action. The central result is the one-loop closure of Pati-Salam quasi-unification from the fermion Hilbert-space structure. The spectral trace over H_F ⊕ H̄_F imposes Δb(4C) = 4, independently of the coupling normalisation, yielding b(4C) = -20/3 and a maximal discrepancy of 0.36 units. The gauge structure, fermion generations and mass ratios are encoded in the algebraic fields Z[√2], Q(√5) and Q(√6), and their composita. The Weinberg angle sin²θ_W = (2−√2)/4, the strong coupling α_s = 3/(8π), and the generation number N_f = 3 are exact algebraic outputs of this structure. Annexes A–F cover: the TC theorem table, the SO(10)→PS→SM structure with anomaly cancellation, effective renormalisation-group running, GUT-normalised hypercharge matching, spectral-action closure, and robustness analysis (PS/TC Lagrangian, non-degenerate heavy thresholds, proton decay). The LR symmetry Δ(2L−2R) = −0.18 is rigorously preserved under thresholds. The estimated proton lifetime τ_p ~ 6×10^39 yr is compatible with Super-Kamiokande bounds; the V(B-L) leptoquarks conserve B-L and do not generate the p → e+ π0 mode. Two-loop corrections, the complete Yukawa sector and the full proton-decay operator analysis are reserved for V2.1.
