TLMM v5.3: Exploratory Adaptive Twin Framework for Predictability, Uncertainty, and Geometry-Informed Monitoring

TLMM v5.3 presents an exploratory adaptive twin framework for organizing concepts related to dynamic predictability estimation, uncertainty-aware monitoring, personalized risk indexing, geometry-informed latent representations, and exploratory counterfactual intervention modeling. This release contains: A complete figure collection (Figures 1–11 + Supplementary Figure 12) A reproducible demonstration script (tlmm_v53_demo.py) Documentation and methodological notes The framework integrates several exploratory components, including: Dynamic predictability horizon estimation Hp(t)H_p(t)Hp(t) Multi-site external validation analysis Data-driven personalized risk index (PRI) optimization Uncertainty decomposition and adaptive monitoring Geometry-informed latent manifold interpretation Predictability–viability feasibility landscapes Exploratory counterfactual intervention simulation Real-time and edge deployment feasibility benchmarking Exploratory roadmap toward future adaptive TLMM systems The included demonstration script generates synthetic illustrative trajectories and methodological visualizations for research communication purposes. Important limitations: This work is exploratory and research-phase only. No clinical deployment, diagnostic use, regulatory approval, or therapeutic efficacy is claimed. Counterfactual intervention scenarios are hypothetical and intended solely for conceptual and methodological illustration. Geometry-based interpretations are illustrative and do not imply validated biological mechanisms. Supplementary SET alignment is conceptual only and is not used to derive, constrain, or validate TLMM. Supplementary Figure 12 provides a conceptual alignment layer relating TLMM to broader Structural Evolution Theory (SET) principles. No theoretical equivalence is claimed. This release is intended for: exploratory computational neuroscience, uncertainty-aware adaptive systems research, methodological framework communication, geometry-informed representation learning concepts, hypothesis generation and future investigation.
