Super-Horizon Kinematics and Ultra-Massive Primordial Black Holes: Resolving the H0 /S8 Tensions and JWST Anomalies via an Extreme Blue Tensor Tilt
We present a global Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) analysis, fully converged at R−1 = 0.016,that challenges the standard cosmological assumption of a globally flat, homogeneous observableuniverse. By permitting a dynamic equation of state for dark energy crossing the phantom divide(w0 = −0.8240, wa = −1.2549), our framework yields a preferred local expansion rate of H0 =69.9884 km s−1 Mpc−1 , directly addressing the Hubble tension. The S8 structural suppressionis naturally intrinsic to the phantom-crossing kinematics and the tightly constrained cold darkmatter density, while explicitly fixing the active neutrino mass to Σmν = 0.1808 eV to stabilizethe clustering amplitude. Crucially, a physically motivated JWST likelihood breaks theoreticalparameter degeneracies, requiring a primordial tensor amplitude r = 0.7872 and an extreme bluetensor tilt nt = 4.9050. We formalize how this extreme tilt triggers localized space-time collapsethrough second-order scalar sourcing via the Isaacson stress-energy tensor, forming Ultra-MassivePrimordial Black Holes (UMBHs) that act as anchors for anomalous high-redshift galaxies. Finally,we demonstrate that a massive gravitational scattering and absorption network, induced by theUMBHs themselves in the compact early universe, exponentially damps this tensor signal, preservinglocal B-mode polarization bounds.
