The Stefan–Boltzmann Constant as a Photon-Throughput Theorem of Artian Geometry and Phase Topology

Abstract

The Stefan-Boltzmann constant σSB=π2kB4/(60ℏ3c2)=5.670374419×10−8σSB=π2kB4/(60ℏ3c2)=5.670374419×10−8 W/m²/K⁴ has been one of the most precisely-tested numbers in physics for over a century. This paper does not propose a different numerical value — the textbook formula is exact in the 2019 SI and is recovered identically — but reads the same formula as a structural theorem in which each factor is identified with a primitive of the Quantum Traction Theory (QTT) corpus rather than a calculational convention. The 4π4π is the invariant area of the Artian S2S2 direction sphere, the same sphere that supplies Gauss-law normalisation, the VSQ=4πℓP3VSQ=4πℓP3 capacity cell, and the V4=4πℓP4V4=4πℓP4 UEL four-cell. The (2π)3(2π)3 is the topology of three independent phase-closure cycles T3=S1×S1×S1T3=S1×S1×S1, forced by the JJ-rotor single-valuedness condition eJkiL=1eJkiL=1, not a Fourier normalisation choice. The factor 1/41/4 in J⋆=cu/4J⋆=cu/4 is π/(4π)π/(4π), the hemispherical cosine projection of isotropic intensity. The thermal-access stiffness kBkBenters from the companion Boltzmann thermal-access theorem (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20322036).
