Re-Phase Vol.1.1: Compatibility Consistency and Hierarchical Transport

Re-Phase theory views observation not as direct access to reality, but as a projection from hidden-state geometry into partial observable representations. This work introduces a compatibility-based framework for reconstruction, where different observations induce equivalence structures on hidden-state spaces. The manuscript develops:- compatibility consistency,- existence of compatibility transport,- admissible-region reduction,- hierarchical reconstruction structures,- and non-deterministic continuation geometry. Rather than pursuing full mathematical formalization, this work aims to identify the minimal structural mechanisms underlying reconstruction and compatibility propagation. The framework is motivated by engineering reconstruction problems, distributed observation systems, and hidden-state ambiguity reduction. Version 1.1 introduces the foundational compatibility-consistency structureused throughout the Re-Phase series.
