A Ternary Matrix Representation of a Two-Dimensional Sentence Palindrome Based on Phonetic Symmetries
This dataset and accompanying paper present a novel structural abstraction of a classical two-dimensional 5x5 sentence palindrome. By reducing the linguistic elements to their phonetic classification (vowels, sonorants, and obstruents) and isolating the central nexus, the historical word square is transformed into a discrete ternary matrix. This numerical representation isolates the pure geometric, algebraic, and mathematical symmetry of the artifact, entirely independent of its specific Latin vocabulary. The resulting model highlights the invariant structural balance embedded within ancient combinatoric grapheme grids, offering new pathways for analyzing linguistic palindromes through the lens of matrix theory and discrete mathematics.
