Cardiac Radiation Dose and Subclinical Coronary Artery Disease Progression after Breast Cancer Radiotherapy: 2-year Cardiac CT Results from the EARLY-HEART Study

Two years after breast cancer radiotherapy, cardiac CT demonstrated dose-associated progression of coronary artery calcification, particularly in the presence of preexisting calcification, while coronary stenosis progression was unrelated to radiation dose.
