OBSERVATIONAL QUOTIENT AND DISCRETE ONTOLOGICAL DYNAMICS: a critical–propositional analysis of A. V. Kaminsky's Quantum Mechanics as Observer-Induced Quotient Graph Dynamics in confrontation with the Theory of Objectivity

This article presents a critical–propositional analysis of A. V. Kaminsky’s Quantum Mechanics as Observer-Induced Quotient Graph Dynamics in dialogue with the Theory of Objectivity, developed by Vidamor Cabannas and Denivaldo Silva. The analyzed work proposes a discrete ontological reconstruction of quantum mechanics based on finite graphs, deterministic cyclic dynamics, quotient structures, internal observers, subjective incompleteness, and the emergence of quantum probability from equivalence classes of ontological states. From the perspective of the Theory of Objectivity, the article examines possible convergences between Kaminsky’s model and the modal axioms of TO, especially the principles of relational existence, boundaries between distinct elements, composition by prior elements, and the need for a substance transcendent to the quantum. Particular attention is given to the possibility of interpreting Kaminsky’s graph ontology as a partial formalization of logical tracks, phenomenic condensation, observational quotient, hidden time, and Inducer Effects. The analysis also identifies points of tension, including the absence of a full cosmogonic derivation of the graph, the predominance of finitude without an explicit account of infinity as a logical non-element, and the treatment of incompleteness as subjective rather than objectively relational. The article proposes that Kaminsky’s framework may serve as a productive formal bridge between quantum foundations and the Theory of Objectivity, especially if information is understood, in TO terms, as knowledge produced in atomic relations and equivalent to atomic radiations. Abstract
