CHC Framework Series v1.0

The series develops the CHC framework as a connected research program across cosmology, quantum measurement, detector physics, bound systems, black-hole theory, observational astronomy, and gauge-sector model building. The opening papers formulate a restricted covariant expansion-phase framework and study its recovery of familiar general-relativistic behavior, homogeneous dark-energy-like background response, light propagation, cosmic time inference, and the behavior of bound structures in an expanding universe. A second group of papers examines quantum and operational questions, including positive-frequency wave mechanics, accessible-event probability, detector-local opening thresholds, dynamic boundary insertion, detector memory, thermodynamic amplification, irreversible readout, redundant records, and the emergence of shared classical facts. The series then develops applications and tests in several physical domains. These include de Broglie recovery, tunneling spectroscopy, phase-decoupling tests, hadronic and atomic bound-state structure, solar-system calibration windows, conditional Planck-triad readouts, fast radio burst source counts, strong-lens time-delay cosmography, black-hole accessibility boundaries, JT-bath evaporation and non-Markovian return kernels, cosmic microwave background ruler constraints, quasi-local angular-momentum compensation, electromagnetic carrier conversion, precision electroweak and flavor windows, compact phase fibers, duality and microstate benchmarks, neutrino propagation, and charged-lepton mass loading. Several companion papers provide validation-oriented or support analyses tied to public data, public posterior products, benchmark gates, or reproducibility checks. These include CHIME/FRB selection and exposure-injection stress tests, time-delay cosmography residual gates, compact-object diagnostics using public EHT/GWOSC/GWTC-3 surfaces, CMB linked-ruler gates, simulation-observation bridge checks, optical branch-budget tests, and precision-observable support gates. This v1.0 release is archived as a single series package so that the first public version of the manuscript set can be cited and inspected as a fixed record. The uploaded files include the compiled manuscript PDFs, a release index, a machine-readable manifest, SHA-256 checksums, and a ZIP bundle of the full PDF set. The public reader-facing index for the series is available at:https://phaseorigin.com/research/chc/ This record is a preprint archive. It records the author’s public research release and should not be read as journal publication, peer review, institutional endorsement, or independent validation of the claims.

Abstract

The series develops the CHC framework as a connected research program across cosmology, quantum measurement, detector physics, bound systems, black-hole theory, observational astronomy, and gauge-sector model building. The opening papers formulate a restricted covariant expansion-phase framework and study its recovery of familiar general-relativistic behavior, homogeneous dark-energy-like background response, light propagation, cosmic time inference, and the behavior of bound structures in an expanding universe. A second group of papers examines quantum and operational questions, including positive-frequency wave mechanics, accessible-event probability, detector-local opening thresholds, dynamic boundary insertion, detector memory, thermodynamic amplification, irreversible readout, redundant records, and the emergence of shared classical facts. The series then develops applications and tests in several physical domains. These include de Broglie recovery, tunneling spectroscopy, phase-decoupling tests, hadronic and atomic bound-state structure, solar-system calibration windows, conditional Planck-triad readouts, fast radio burst source counts, strong-lens time-delay cosmography, black-hole accessibility boundaries, JT-bath evaporation and non-Markovian return kernels, cosmic microwave background ruler constraints, quasi-local angular-momentum compensation, electromagnetic carrier conversion, precision electroweak and flavor windows, compact phase fibers, duality and microstate benchmarks, neutrino propagation, and charged-lepton mass loading. Several companion papers provide validation-oriented or support analyses tied to public data, public posterior products, benchmark gates, or reproducibility checks.
