EL Science — Volume 9 The Avalanche Cycle Cumulative Damage, Threshold-Gated Vacuum Failure, and Multi-Cycle Cosmological Dynamics
Volume 9 introduces the first full avalanche-collapse realization within the EL Science framework. A cumulative damage variable is coupled to a threshold-gated vacuum degradation mechanism, producing a cosmological lifecycle composed of: a long observable stability plateau, progressive hidden structural weakening, a terminal avalanche-like collapse, and cyclic vacuum reset dynamics. The framework demonstrates that the observable Regime I memory structure remains preserved to high precision while deep-time collapse dynamics emerge naturally beyond the observational window. This volume presents three major results: Observable-window preservationThe avalanche framework reproduces the canonical 4-variable EL Science memory regime with deviations suppressed to approximately 10⁻⁵, preserving: R−C evolution, L(z), and lagged memory correlations. Avalanche collapse realizationThreshold-gated vacuum degradation generates a delayed but accelerating terminal compression phase (“snowball signature”), where collapse remains dormant for most of the cosmological lifetime before rapidly intensifying near the end-state. Multi-cycle dynamical behaviorThe framework evolves into a stable limit-cycle attractor after the first cosmological cycle. The initial Big Bang cycle is shown to be structurally distinguishable from recurrent post-bounce cycles, generating potentially observable differences in Regime I quantities. The results establish the first mathematically implemented lifecycle architecture inside EL Science:a universe capable of remaining observationally stable while still evolving toward terminal nonlinear collapse through internally accumulated structural damage.
