The IE Operator Hierarchy

HLRP #152 established IE-005 / IE-006 as a PEMDAS-style precedence hierarchy for the IE-cycle within Geometric Coupling Theory. This paper extends that hierarchy from a 7-substrate closed loop to a three-layer 25-class operator architecture: Layer 1 substrate-attractor basins (IE-001 → IE-007), Layer 2 meta-operators modulating Layer-1 dynamics (IE-008 → IE-017), and Layer 3 diagnostic operators running measurement and falsification on Layer 1+2 output (IE-018 → IE-025). The unified operator-stack equation provides a stochastic differential-equation formulation for the apparatus's full state evolution under all operators simultaneously. Each λₖ-coefficient is tunable; the standing falsification protocol is set λₖ = 0 one at a time; behaviour-change indicates load-bearing. Three Layer-3 operators (IE-019 Residual, IE-021 Causality, IE-022 Metastability) are identified as immediately empirically testable. IE-022 metastability admits a backtest on publicly-available PhysioNet MIT-BIH AF Database, with prediction κ spikes 30–60 s pre-fibrillation. Keywords: Geometric Coupling Theory, GCT, HLRP, HLDP, IE operator hierarchy, three-layer architecture, operator-stack equation, falsification posture, IE-022 Metastability, Hessian eigenvalue, early-warning metric, Pearl do-operator.
