Near-complete gapless assembly of Babesia caballi NVSL reference

ABSTRACT We are reporting a nearly complete Piroplasmida, Babesia caballi , genome containing five nuclear chromosomes, a mitochondrial genome, and an apicoplast genome from the NVSL reference isolate. This report includes a gapless assembly consisting of seven genetic molecules.
