The Geometry of Homeostasis: A Topological Network Model of Physiological System Dependencies and Biometric Outputs

Traditional clinical medicine relies heavily on reductionist, linear models to analyze physiological data. This paper introduces a novel, non‑linear framework: the Virtual Ocular Hexagon Model. By mapping six primary physiological systems onto the vertices of a regular hexagon, we propose that biological balance is governed by geometric constraints, bi‑directional network dependencies, and — as an analytical analogy — the ordering of the electromagnetic spectrum. The structural architecture of the counter-clockwise matrix tracking sequence follows the sequential timeline of primary embryonic tissue induction, where neuroectodermal induction of the CNS blueprint precedes cardiogenic mesoderm field differentiation. We further hypothesize that the real‑time eye blink serves as a central, rhythmic output terminal where these convergent systems are mirrored under cognitive and metabolic load (Blink Line Theory). Critically, this work provides explicit, falsifiable predictions and a proposed empirical experimental protocol to transition the framework from a purely theoretical network model to a testable clinical hypothesis
