Frozen Lake Theory: Source-Layer Phase Relation Priority Note
This priority note records a higher-risk extension of Frozen Lake Theory: the hypothesis that some controlled-mediated passage signatures may ultimately require an upstream source-layer phase relation rather than a purely local endpoint explanation. The note defines the source layer as a phase/background relation rather than a literal spatial location. It records the minimal trigger architecture: source contrast, unresolved load, route availability, mediator or carrier, control/coherence preservation, stabilization bias, and lower-state readout. This document is intended as a timestamped priority note connected to the main public disclosure v1.0, not as a final proof.
