Observation–Feedback Closure I: An Axiomatic Kinematical Existence Proof for Time, Structural Scales, Relational Space, and Lorentzian Kinematics

This paper is the first article in the Observation–Feedback (OF) Closure series. Without presupposing any spacetime manifold, metric, Hilbert space, symmetry group, or field equation, it presents an axiomatic kinematical existence proof for time, structural scales, relational space, and Lorentzian kinematics within the OF closure framework. Physical ontology is defined as a persistent relational system that can participate in admissible OF processes and preserve its relational identity during non-OF persistence. The paper develops a three-layer mapping from a discrete process index to a statistical continuum parameter and then to operational/geometric time, identifies the minimal positive closure magnitude as playing the structural role of the reduced Planck constant under action-dimensional normalization, and reconstructs effective relational space and Lorentzian kinematics from internal relational structure. This version is a preliminary preprint v1.0.0. It is intended to establish priority for the kinematical foundation of the OF Closure series. No dynamical equations, field equations, coupling constants, interaction dynamics, or quantitative cosmological predictions are derived in this version. Additional interpretations, including inflation-like relational expansion and gravitational tendency via closure-content tangent intensity, are presented as conjectural directions for later development.
