Angle-Only Relational Gravity: Angular-Speed Power Series, Boundary-Present Readouts, and the Structural Hubble Bridge (ARG v1)
This paper presents Angle-Only Relational Gravity (ARG) as a structural reconstruction of gravitational regimes in terms of an angular-speed response hierarchy rather than distance-primitive force laws. Building on the MOF--FDC--PFC readout-capacity grammar, the paper defines a normalized angular-speed response functional S(x), where x = omega / omega_*, and organizes four gravitational regimes as power terms in S(x): - x^0: boundary-absent zero-frequency global background readout;- x^1: primary boundary-onset response, corresponding downstream to flat-rotation scaling a_eff proportional to 1/r;- x^(3/2): Newtonian circular closure-demand regime under fixed angular momentum h;- x^(5/2): first weak-field relativistic circular closure-correction regime. The paper also derives the structural Hubble bridge coefficient kappa_H = 84/73 as the trace-density lift required when a boundary-present local readout is compared against the boundary-absent x^0 background benchmark, using the existing FDC relational closure rel = 11. No empirical constants are used as inputs to the structural exponent placements or to the derivation of kappa_H. Coefficient normalizations, baryonic source couplings, galaxy-by-galaxy rotation curves, and full metric/geodesic reconstructions are left for separate analyses. This work serves as the structural ARG companion to the Hubble-tension-facing AOH paper.
