Results. The features of preserving architectural and cultural heritage have been studied and defined on the example of the conducted research of one of the state stud farms founded in the Russian Empire. Scientific and public interest in national treasures is increasing. Modern opportunities provide opportunities for studying and replenishing information. Conclusions.
