NeuroKey: A Deployed Voice Assistant Implementing Functional Consciousness Indicators from Butlin et al. (2023)

We present NeuroKey, a voice assistant that implements all 14 functional consciousness indicators from Butlin et al. (2023). Architecture combines GWT (Baars), IIT proxy (Tononi), FEP (Friston), and Tulving episodic memory. Automated evaluation scores 0.825/1.0, 13/14 indicators passing.
