Electromagnetism from Coherence Geometry: Field Alignment, Wave Propagation, Lorentz Interactions, and Coherence-Driven Radiation

This paper presents an extended geometric formulation of electromagnetism within Coherence Geometry (CG). It was originally written in May 2025 as Part VII of a larger physics-facing CG series, but is released here as a standalone research paper. The paper develops a coherence-geometric interpretation of electromagnetic structure in terms of multi-channel phase alignment, phase gradients, curvature, torsion, ripple emission, coherence strain, and shared-amplitude field organization. It reformulates major electromagnetic structures, including Gauss-type laws, Faraday-type induction, Ampere-type relations, wave propagation, Lorentz-like interactions, polarization, media response, boundary conditions, energy flow, radiation, and photon-like coherence packets. This paper is complementary to CGI-RSR-000018, "Toward a Mechanism of Charge: A Criterion-Based Approach Using Coherence Geometry." The charge paper focuses on the geometric and numerical mechanism by which charge-like source behavior can arise from localized coherence curvature and torsion. The present paper develops the broader electromagnetic field setting in which such source structures participate. Later materials, especially Coherence Geometry Foundations, Part II: Physical Projections, develop related electromagnetic structures algebraically, including emergent source structure, charge, Maxwell-type field relations, continuity, and coherence energy flow. The present paper remains useful as an extended geometric formulation and research map for the electromagnetic projection of CG. Internal reference: CGI-RSR-000019.
