Dissipatieve Dynamic System - Preliminary Investigation

DISSIPATIVE DYNAMIC SYSTEM - Preliminary Investigation This repository contains the manuscript, reproducibility package, analysis scripts, processed datasets, publication figures, and derived result tables associated with the preliminary investigation DISSIPATIVE DYNAMIC SYSTEM. The study explores whether galaxy populations exhibit empirical dynamical-system organization extending beyond static scaling relations alone. Rather than proposing a new fundamental theory of gravity, the investigation focuses on reconstructing empirical structure directly from observationally derived galaxy observables using a reproducible analysis pipeline. The analysis combines multiple independent diagnostics, including: - manifold reconstruction,- principal-component compression,- attractor-basin analysis,- bifurcation scanning,- sparse nonlinear operator discovery,- Jacobian stability diagnostics,- Koopman spectral reconstruction,- hysteresis analysis,- relaxation-time reconstruction,- transition-layer analysis,- trajectory-flow diagnostics,- and synthetic null-universe falsification tests. The reconstructed empirical structure reveals:- a compact low-dimensional manifold,- attractor-like spiral-galaxy basins,- metastable transition regimes,- and high-spread dwarf-galaxy branches. Across multiple independent analyses, a dominant empirical control observable repeatedly emerges: nonlocal spread. A bifurcation-like transition appears near a critical spread threshold separating compact attractor-like behavior from high-spread runaway-like regimes. Synthetic null-universe tests strongly suppress the reconstructed manifold structure, sparse operators, clustering geometry, and dynamical organization, suggesting that the observed structure does not trivially arise from marginal statistical distributions alone. This repository is explicitly presented as a preliminary empirical investigation and should not be interpreted as a finalized physical theory or confirmed gravitational framework. The goal is methodological transparency, reproducibility, and preservation of the current investigation stage. Included in this repository: - full LaTeX manuscript source,- publication-ready figures,- derived CSV result tables,- analysis scripts,- processed data products,- reproducibility pipeline,- build scripts,- compiled manuscript PDF,- and reproducibility documentation. The repository is intended for:- open scientific inspection,- reproducibility,- independent verification,- methodological review,- and future extension of the analysis framework.

Abstract

DISSIPATIVE DYNAMIC SYSTEM - Preliminary Investigation This repository contains the manuscript, reproducibility package, analysis scripts, processed datasets, publication figures, and derived result tables associated with the preliminary investigation DISSIPATIVE DYNAMIC SYSTEM. The study explores whether galaxy populations exhibit empirical dynamical-system organization extending beyond static scaling relations alone. Rather than proposing a new fundamental theory of gravity, the investigation focuses on reconstructing empirical structure directly from observationally derived galaxy observables using a reproducible analysis pipeline. The analysis combines multiple independent diagnostics, including: - manifold reconstruction,- principal-component compression,- attractor-basin analysis,- bifurcation scanning,- sparse nonlinear operator discovery,- Jacobian stability diagnostics,- Koopman spectral reconstruction,- hysteresis analysis,- relaxation-time reconstruction,- transition-layer analysis,- trajectory-flow diagnostics,- and synthetic null-universe falsification tests. The reconstructed empirical structure reveals:- a compact low-dimensional manifold,- attractor-like spiral-galaxy basins,- metastable transition regimes,- and high-spread dwarf-galaxy branches. Across multiple independent analyses, a dominant empirical control observable repeatedly emerges: nonlocal spread. A bifurcation-like transition appears near a critical spread threshold separating compact attractor-like behavior from high-spread runaway-like regimes. Synthetic null-universe tests strongly suppress the reconstructed manifold structure, sparse operators, clustering geometry, and dynamical organization, suggesting that the observed structure does not trivially arise from marginal statistical distributions alone. This repository is explicitly presented as a preliminary empirical investigation and should not be interpreted as a finalized physical theory or confirmed gravitational framework.
