Fast Reduction of Nitroalkenes Into Nitroalkanes Under Continuous‐Flow Chemical Conditions
Herein, we describe an efficient and rapid continuous‐flow reduction of nitroalkenes to nitroalkanes. The reaction, promoted by sodium borohydride at room temperature, delivered the corresponding nitroalkanes in good‐to‐excellent yields, tolerating a broad range of functionalities, with a remarkably short residence time of only 150 s.
