Addendum to D3: Demotion of the w_a = -36/169 Line to a Non-Minimal Jones-Drainage Extension

This addendum to "A Two-Sided Modular Origin for Dark Energy" (TSCT D3, 10.5281/zenodo.20140981) corrects a status mis-labelling. The line w_a = -36/169 ≈ -0.213 (D3 v1, Theorem 7.1 and Corollary 7.2) is hereby demoted from canonical to a non-minimal Jones-drainage extension. The canonical minimal cosmology, established by Minimal TSCT Cosmology (10.5281/zenodo.20108470), is the w_a = 0 Model 0 line with w_0 = -1 + 1/(6π) ≈ -0.9469. The earlier w_a = -36/169 result remains a meaningful structural object - it is the Jones-index rate theorem applied to a non-minimal closure state - but it is not the canonical TSCT cosmology prediction. What is preserved from D3 v1: the Jones conditional expectation vacuum filter, the two-sided modular structure and geometric-mean closure radius R_cl^2 = (H_0 M_Pl)^{-1}, the density formula rho_Lambda = Gamma_core H_0^2 M_Pl^2, the density fractions Omega_m = 9/29 and Omega_Lambda = 20/29, and all sections except those listed above. This addendum brings D3 into alignment with the Canonical Status Ledger (10.5281/zenodo.20210115). Current DESI Y1 + Pantheon+ SNe data (w_a ≈ -0.39 ± 0.17) slightly favours non-zero w_a; whether this trend resolves to the minimal Model 0 prediction (w_a = 0) or to the non-minimal branch (w_a = -36/169) is what Euclid / DESI DR-2+ will determine. The demotion is therefore timely: the canonical TSCT prediction is Model 0, and the older line stands as a candidate non-minimal target should the data eventually rehabilitate it. Abstract
