FlowFusion: Runtime Exploration of Pre-Failure Governability Under Adaptive Continuity
FlowFusion is an experimental research architecture exploring whether adaptive operational systems can remain locally coherent while progressively losing meaningful human governability underneath preserved operational continuity. The project investigates the structural distinction between local operational coherence and systemic governability under adaptive continuity conditions. The current runtime research layer — Constitutional Flow Runtime (CFR) — explores whether governability degradation may become observable earlier than visible local operational failure through monitoring of synchronization integrity, drift accumulation, intervention latency, and supervisory recovery constraints. This work is exploratory, simulation-based, non-validated, and intended as a runtime-oriented research architecture rather than a deployable operational system.
