HONEST NEGATIVE: TPSA does NOT predict NS at formula level (rho=-0.09) due to macro-molecule saponin dilution — explained by three-layer architecture. NRICM101 (Qing Guan Yi Hao, COVID-19): NS=-0.44 [Yin-Cool], deliberate warm-herb modulation prevents Yang suppression while clearing heat.
